Razz term
Your door card is the single face-up card you're dealt on third street. Two arrive face-down and one arrives face-up — that one is the door, and it's everything your opponent knows about your hand at the start.
It also decides who opens: the highest door card pays the bring-in. A low door is worth having. A king is the worst news in the deck.
