Razz term
The bring-in is a forced opening bet on third street, paid by whoever shows the highest door card. There are no blinds in Razz — everyone antes, and then the worst-looking board has to start the betting. Being ugly costs money.
It's half a small bet, so the next player can complete it to a full one rather than just calling.
